Milestones & Achievement
- Academic Resource Planning-Full Auto-scheduling System in Scholastica (the only of its kind in Asia): 1999-2001; Scholastica is still using the system for last 20 years; I worked as an education management expert for the design, analysis and functionality of the program. It took us three years to build it. And it is a unique program by itself, uncommon to any educational institutes in Bangladesh and probably in Asia.
- Establishment of IQAC (Institutional Quality Assurance Cell) at Northern University Bangladesh: July 2014
- Positioning of BAC International, Dhaka: BAC-British American College in Dhanmondi, Dhaka; worked for BAC since its inception in year 2009 for its positioning & branding, curriculum development, selection of textbooks, recruitment of teachers and management staffs, training of teachers, recruitment of students etc.: 2009-2010
- Positioning BTEC, UK Program: Positioning BTEC, since its inception in Bangladesh: 2005-till date, in association with Pearson Education UK
- Franchisee Collaboration:
- University of Hertfordshire and Northern University Bangladesh (NUB)
- Worked for the entire validation process for the franchisee collaboration between the University of Hertfordshire, UK and Northern University Bangladesh for the endorsement of the curriculum, inspection, auditing activities, teachers’ grooming and overall programme management
- Nantong College of Science and Technology (NCST), China and Northern University Bangladesh (NUB)
- Worked for the collaboration and arranged 100 full-ride scholarships per year for the students from Northern University Bangladesh to study at NCST in China, since 2017; the first cohort of students from NUB went to NCST in August 2017
